- Developed and prepared project plans
Project Description:
Under the Defense Environmental Restoration Program for Formerly Used Defense Sites (DERP-FUDS), Environet performed construction support and escort activities for MEC at various locations, including the Pohakoloa Training Area, Makua Valley, and Schofield Barracks, within Hawaii.
Environet prepared the required project plans including the Project Work Plan, Accident Prevention Plan/Site Safety and Health Plan, the Geophysical Prove-Out Plan, Exclusion Zone Security Notification and Implementation Plan, and Archaeological Monitoring Plan, as required, as well as Daily Activity Reports and the Final Project Report. All sites were supported without incident and all activities were accomplished on schedule.
Working closely with the Project Delivery Team, Environet established a Geophysical Verification System plot to test state-of-the-art geophysical instrument technology. We also supervised all site UXO safety and conducted daily and monthly site briefings for contractors.
