Project Description:
Environet has been contracted to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, supplies, and transportation to install MATSS upgrades to Building 221.
Construction activities are ongoing and include electrical/lighting disconnect and demolition; installation of drywall, insulation, and doors/frames; painting of all interior surfaces and conduits; installation of ceiling tiles, and light fixtures; installation of power/communication and fire alarm devises and integration of power and fire alarm systems to existing systems; installation of window blinds, carpet and resilient base; installation of a hot gas bypass on outside air unit; installation of an additional refrigerant line; relocation of existing handicap parking signs; and construction of a concrete pad for the air conditioning unit.
